Rev. Mark D. Clements is the pastor of Living Word Christian Church, a thriving, supernatural, New Testament church located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Pastor Clements received Christ as his personal Savior at nine years of age and answered the call to full-time ministry when he was 24 years old. He has pastored Living Word Christian Church since 1984.

Pastor Clements is an anointed teacher of the Word of God, bringing fresh revelation and insight as he ministers "line upon line, precept upon precept" (Isaiah 28:10). His radio program, What Saith the Scripture?, airs daily in the greater La Crosse area, with a potential listening audience of over 250,000 people. And Pastor Clements now reaches the television-viewing audience with his weekly, half-hour program, The Word of the Lord, airing every Sunday on five Coulee Region television stations covering southwestern Wisconsin, southeastern Minnesota, and northeastern Iowa.

Pastor Clements is Head Chaplain of the La Crosse Police Department and a founding member of the Coulee Region Law Enforcement Chaplain program supporting area communities and law enforcement agencies in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. He also serves as a chaplain with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Pastor Clements is currently the Wisconsin state representative for the ICPC – International Conference of Police Chaplains, and is a Past-President of the Coulee Region Association of Evangelicals. Pastor Clements also serves on the board of trustees for FCMI – Fellowship Covenant Ministry International, Sacramento, California. Pastor Clements is involved in numerous community activities as a well-respected, church leader.

A graduate of Trinity Biblical University (Bachelor of Ministry), Pastor Clements is ordained through Mark T. Barclay Ministries (Dr. Mark T. Barclay), Midland, Michigan. He is also affiliated with AFCM, the Association of Faith Churches and Ministries, Willmar, Minnesota (Rev. Jim Kaseman).

Pastor Clements and his wife, Paula, have been married since 1981 and have two children, Aaron and Alyssa.
